Our Staff
At Wavelengths, we are a family and we want you to feel like family while you are here. We want you to have the best
possible experience and our staff works hard to ensure you do. Our stylists engage in ongoing training to learn
new techniques and latest trends, which helps grow our business to better serve our wonderful clients.
Danielle Neuhaus
Part owner and master stylist, Danielle started her career as an assistant in 1995 while attending Erie 1 Boces. She specializes in short haircuts
and also formulating and creating color. Her favorite part of the job is getting to
put a smile on clients' faces. When she's not at work she is
busy raising her two daughters and dreaming of the future with her husband.
Erica Forbes
Erica is part owner and master stylist, but started her career as an assistant before receiving her
license in 2000 from Erie 1 Boces. She specializes in haircuts, especially short hair. She loves
making her clients smile and feel good about themselves inside and out. After work she loves to spend time with her children, watching their many sporting endeavors, and also enjoys skiing.
Jennifer Carr
Jen began working as an assistant before receiving her license in 2000 from Erie 1 Boces.
She is now a master stylist at the salon and also part owner. Jen specializes in highlighting
and her favorite part of the job is the special relationships that she develops with her clients.
When not working behind the chair or behind the scenes she likes to take her two sons on adventures.
Jacqueline Quinn
Jacquie has been with Wavelengths since 2005 and is a senior stylist. She
began her career as an assistant while attending Boces in highschool.
Jacquie loves all aspects of her career as a hair stylist, but mostly forming a bond with
her clients. After work she loves to spend time with her husband and children, watch sporting events, cooking, and crafting.
Mary Kwandrans
As a senior stylist Mary has been with Wavelengths since 2011, shortly after
getting her license from the Niagara Orleans Boces program. She most
enjoys balayage services and color applications for red hair. She also enjoys
getting to know all of her clients. While at home she enjoys spending
time with her family, reading, and learning web design.
Julie Schopp
Julie is a senior stylist at Wavelengths and began her career in 2013. She received her license from Leon Studio One.
She specializes in blonding services and her favorite part of the job is making connections
and forming relationships with her clients. Outside of work she loves to travel and spend
time with her family and friends.
Emma Sickles
We welcomed Emma into our salon in 2018. She received her license from
Erie 1 Boces. Emma specializes in fashion color application using Pulp Riot
color, and she also enjoys reverse balayage services. After work you can find her
leading Younglife groups and also snowboarding.
Katherine Stoddard
After attending school at the SpaTech Institute in Westbrook Maine, Katie joined us
as a stylist in 2018. Her favorite parts of her job are having the ability to accentuate
clients' beauty and haircuts, which allow her both a creative outlet and a way to perfect her work. After work she enjoys spending
time with family and friends and listening to crime podcasts.
Carly Pannullo
Carly joined our salon family as an assistant in 2020 and then became a stylist in 2022 after graduating Erie 1 Boces.
In addition to playing a vital role in keeping the salon running smoothly she
enjoys blonding services. In her free time she also enjoys doing her nails and hanging out with her friends.
Daelin Thomas
Daelin became an assistant in 2020, and a stylist in 2022. She recieved her license from The Salon Professional Academy of Buffalo.
She loves doing highlights and any service with color. She also channels her creative energy into
photography and interior design when she is not working. We are very excited for Daelin to become another
wonderful stylist.
Kalah Lenhard
Kalah joined us in 2021 as an assistant and became a stylist in 2022 after she received her license from Erie 1 Boces.
She enjoys doing blowouts and also highlights. When she is not at work she enjoys going on hikes
and playing games with her family and friends.
Cassie Taylor
We welcomed Cassie as an assistant in 2020 and then as stylist in 2022 after she recieved her license from Erie 1 Boces.
Cassie's favorite service to perform is balayage. When not assisting, Cassie can be found spending time with her
friends and family.
Rhonda Bondi
Rhonda got her license from the International Beauty Academy in Illinois where she
worked as a stylist and also was an instructor. She then moved to NY and became a front desk associate at Wavelengths in 2021.
She loves all aspects of the industry and the endless possibilities it provides.
When not keeping us on track at work she enjoys life and makes the best of every day.
